Cookie Policy

Last updated July 22, 2026. This policy describes browser storage and similar website technologies used by A Grand Story, a service of Speedboat Design LLC.

Current public-site configuration

We do not currently set non-essential cookies on the public A Grand Story website. We removed Microsoft UET, Microsoft Clarity, persistent advertising identifiers, and the former attribution cookie. Because the current public site does not intentionally use non-essential cookies, it does not display a cookie-consent banner.

Cookieless analytics and performance

Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate web analytics and performance measurement. These services receive ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, timing, and error information. Our website event helper does not write cookies, local storage identifiers, or advertising IDs.

Essential storage

Authenticated, billing, invitation, or security features may use short-lived or essential storage when necessary to provide a requested function, protect the service, or maintain a session. Essential storage is not used for behavioral advertising.

Third-party destinations

Links to Apple, Stripe, podcast services, or other websites open services governed by those companies' own cookie and privacy policies. Merely displaying a link does not allow that destination to set a cookie on the A Grand Story website.

Future changes

If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and, where required, prevent that technology from loading until the visitor makes a consent choice.
